- The Water Use Survey application can be used by reporting entities to complete and submit their survey to TWDB. Texas State Law requires entities using self-supplied or purchased groundwater, surface water or reuse for municipal, industrial, power generation or mining to submit a completed annual water use survey. The Water Loss Audit application can be used to submit water loss audits to the TWDB. Retail water suppliers that meet one or more of the following conditions must submit a water loss audit annually by May 1st:
- active financial obligation to the TWDB
- more than 3,300 connections
All other retail public water suppliers are required to submit a water loss audit to TWDB every five years on a prescribed schedule.

The Water Conservation application can be used to complete the Water Conservation Annual Report, the Utility Profile (data component of the Water Conservation Plan), and upload a signed copy of the updated Water Conservation Plan. Entities meeting one or more of the following conditions are required to complete and submit a Water Conservation Plan:
- more than 3,300 retail connections
- active financial obligation, of more than $500,000, to the TWDB
- a surface water right holder (must submit to TCEQ and TWDB)
Plans must be revised every five years.

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Database Report Application also known as the Secure Agency Reporting Application (SARA), can be used to explore available database linked reports and export report data using formats like PDF and Excel. - The Texas Well Report Submission and Retrieval System is a cooperative Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) application that registered water-well drillers use to submit their required reports. - Summary:
- TexMesonet establishes a unifying architecture for networks across Texas, aggregating data into a central location that includes stations maintained by the National Weather Service (NWS) and several other federal, regional, and local entities. TWDB continues to strategically add its own managed stations to improve statewide coverage.

- Summary:
- The desalination plant database contains detailed information on public water supply desalination plants currently operating in Texas. The desalination plant database was initially developed in 2005 by the Bureau of Economic Geology for the Texas Water Development Board under the terms of Contract 2004-483-021. Information for the database was gathered primarily through self-reported surveys mailed to the utilities and cities and TWDB staff calling utilities to follow-up on information. The database was later updated in 2010, 2015, and 2020 by the TWDB staff. Only public water supply plants with a capacity greater than 0.025 MGD are included in the database.
